General comments

The difference between Annual, Single trip and Discoverer policy is not immediately obvious (single trip is up to 90 days with no upper age limit, Annual multi-trip is restricted to those between 17 and 64, 120 days in any one year and 42 days in one trip, Discoverer cover restricted to those between 17 and 54 covering a continuous trip of 12 months in Europe or 18 months in the rest of the world)
When testing the site, it was incredibly slow (at least 60 seconds to load each screen - on broadband!)
Progress bar isn't accurate, in a quote this short theres no reason for it not to be accurate
No explanation as to limits of baggage cover or winter sports cover
